Raise awareness on social economy and its importance as an engine of social innovation, by understanding that social enterprises have an important role in creating sustainable and inclusive growth. 2. Establish a series of training programmes and tools to improve the performance of Social Economy Enterprises and Social Economy Organisations in terms of social innovation and cohesion. 3. Creating a learning network model to support Social Economy Enterprises and Social Economy Organisations managers enhancing their human resources potential. |
4. Collect data and information on diversity management in social economy in different European countries.
5. Foster mutual learning and exchange of good practices among different European countries on diversity management in social economy. 6. Build the capacity of Social Economy Enterprises and Social Economy Organisations managers and human resources to include diversity in their recruitment and management processes. |
Expected impacts
SENSENET project aims to foster capacity building and improve the recruitment and management skills of managers and human resources belonging to the social economy. The project aims to achieve this objective through the development of learning modules adapted to the specific needs of this economic sector that can be replicated in different European countries. Thanks to these freely accessible modules, it is expected that a European wide movement of trained managers and human resources will emerge, contributing to the adoption of more inclusive policies.
